More Images from the road – our trip continues – Part 9

We disembark to Coastal Renaissance and drive about 40 minutes to Qualicum Beach. Qualicum Beach will be our home base until we leave the Island on July 24. Any places visited on the Island will be day trips from here. We are pretty happy with that choice. Of course, it is another rainy day but, travel days don’t matter much when it comes to weather. We get to our campsite and get the RV ready. We quickly check out our surroundings and start planning the next few days (the weather forecast is a starting point). Once we have decided on our future adventures we take a quick trip around the campground (a same walk and a 3 minute drive is all we need). Everyone wants to see how far we are from the beach (the two pools and three water slides aren’t quite enough, lol). The RV resort backs onto the Little Qualicum River and it looks quite nice. Once the quick tour is over we grab some dinner and relax for the night. Here is what we captured on our first day in Qualicum. Enjoy, thanks for reading and as always Happy Shooting;

  1. Love the first one! Nicely done. Did the last one get posted twice or is there a difference between the two shots?
