Summer Travels 2012 – part 16

with 2 comments

While at Calaway Amusement Park, I kept talking about the great view of the Canadian Rockies to the west. We are heading to Lake Louise next and will be driving through Banff and Jasper on our way back to the NWT but, I still wanted to get a few images from this point of view. So, Jenna wanted to ride Balloon Ascension, which is just like a ferris wheel that you ride in what looks like small hot air balloons. We were on the ride for about ten minutes and during that time I took advantage of the better and higher point of view and grabbed some Rocky Mountain images. Jenna was fine with that as I also took some of the park and the large Smurf we won at one of the games. Here are how the Canadian Rockies look from Balloon Ascension. I hope you enjoy these images, thanks for be here and as always Happy Shooting.
